How it works

Step 1
Choose Your Launch Country
Start by selecting the African market where you want to establish your operational base.
We begin with Ghana, with additional hubs planned across Africa, including Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Egypt, Rwanda, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Cameroon, and more.
Once you choose your country, you’ll join the waitlist or select a package when available.
Step 2
Set Up Your Business Presence
Once onboarded, V25 Hub provides you with a professional business presence in the local market. This includes a legitimate business address, mail handling and document notifications, access to meeting and boardroom facilities, on-ground operational coordination.
Your company immediately gains credibility and a physical base in the market.
Step 3
Access Your Digital Operations Portal
After onboarding, you receive access to the V25 digital portal, which serves as the command center for your operations. From your dashboard, you can submit operational tasks, upload and manage documents, track compliance reminders, book meeting spaces, communicate with your assigned virtual assistant, and access business resources and ecosystem partners.
This allows you to manage your African operations remotely with clarity and control.
Step 4
Work with Your Virtual Assistant
Each business is supported by trained Virtual Assistants (VAs) who act as your operational support team on the ground. Your VAs can help with administrative coordination, local follow-ups and errands, meeting preparation, mail and document handling, scheduling and communications.
They serve as the operational bridge between your remote team and the local market.
Step 5
Stay Compliant and Connected
Operating in a new market often involves navigating regulations, filings, and documentation requirements. V25 Hub provides guidance through our Compliance & Legal Support Layer within the portal.
Through this system you can understand local compliance requirements, track deadlines for filings and renewals, access trusted legal and accounting partners, and receive reminders for key obligations.
This helps ensure your business remains compliant and well-positioned for growth.

Scale Your Operations
As your business grows, V25 Hub grows with you.
You can expand your team and operations, upgrade to higher service tiers, access more meeting and workspace capacity, and expand into additional African markets as new V25 hubs launch.
